Guaranteed Income (Employment, SSI, SSDI, or other valid source of income.)
Applicants must have a reliable source of income to support their housing. Residents should be high-functioning, able to live independently, and capable of self-administering medications. Clients with a mental health diagnosis must remain compliant with prescribed medications to stay enrolled in the program.

All residents must be willing to live in a shared environment with others. If an individual meets the listed requirements, please contact us to begin the intake process.
